USA Hockey Announces Staff Promotions, New Hire December 6, 2012 COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - USA Hockey today announced the promotion of three members of its national office staff as well as the hiring of Lynn Irby as bookkeeper and administratitve assistant. Kevin Erlenbach has been promoted to director of membership development. Erlenbach has been part of USA Hockey’s staff for almost seven years, with his first three years working in adult hockey before joining the membership development department in March 2009. In addition, Karen Hackman, an 18-year member of the USA Hockey staff, has been promoted to manager of insurance and employee benefits, while Pam McCraw, who began her career at USA Hockey in 1990, has been elevated to director of accounting. Irby began her duties as bookkeeper and administrative assistant at USA Hockey on Monday (Dec. 3), replacing Yvette Dodge. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in administrative and financial work, including more than 14 years at Colorado Springs Utilities.
